Regular spangle galvanized steel coil is manufactured by hot‑dip galvanizing process, with obvious spangle crystal patterns on surface. It has firm zinc coating and stable corrosion resistance, enjoying prominent cost‑performance as general‑purpose galvanized raw material.
It is suitable for projects focusing on anti‑corrosion and cost control without strict surface appearance requirements. Widely applied in steel‑structure components, building enclosure, guardrails, ventilation ducts, agricultural equipment and ordinary sheet‑metal parts. Custom thickness, width and zinc coating weight are acceptable. Deep processing like leveling, slitting and film laminating can be provided. Grades DX51D+Z, DX52D+Z are available.
